Appropriate Conduct with Children and Youth

TransformAsia serves children and youth. You agree to abide by the following as you interact with TransformAsia and the children and youth we serve or are affiliated with:

  • Never support or engage in any illegal, abusive, coercive, or unsafe behavior with any child or youth including emotional, physical or sexual assault or abuse, exploitation, trafficking, harmful practices, spiritual, or ritualistic abuse.
  • Never participate in inappropriate behavior even if initiated by a child or youth.
  • Always demonstrate respect for all children and youth as well as their family and culture through language and actions. 
  • Recognize that inappropriate interaction with a child may be a breach of law with serious consequences.
  • Never share or publish personal or private information about those served by TransformAsia without the person's permission, except as is required by law. 
  • For the protection and best interest of all, only communicate with those served by TransformAsia through its established processes.
